Key Responsibilities: Enforce Health & Safety policies and regulatory compliance
Plan workshop labor, resources, schedules, and priorities
Monitor workflow and job progress against customer deadlines
Inspect completed work against company and customer standards




Coordinate parts, materials, and equipment procurement
Requirements: Minimum three years of relevant work experience
Heavy Equipment Technician Journeyperson Certificate
Strong organizational, scheduling, and project planning skills
Proven diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
