As an Inside Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer and WFS Account Manager requests. Your responsibilities include sourcing products, seeking special contract pricing, and handling returns. You will also review reports, follow freight and billing instructions, and support WFS quality and safety systems.
Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders from requests and quotations
Seek special contract pricing from applicable vendors
Follow up on customer concerns and back orders
Review reports and make required inquiries
Follow billing, freight, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements: Minimum one to two years customer service experience
Organized communication and effective relationship-building abilities
Robust time management and organizational skills
Proficient computer skills and aptitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
