Design intuitive enterprise software experiences at Bentley Systems in Quebec through advanced Figma, research, and prototyping. Work hybrid, three days weekly in-office.
As a UX Designer II, you will shape experiences within Bentley’s Integration & Interoperability team. You will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across complex B2B software workflows. Your work will improve how users move across Bentley and third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities: Understand user needs and define product direction with stakeholders
Plan interviews, user research, and discovery activities
Translate findings into insights and design solutions
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Validate solutions through usability testing and feedback
Requirements: Experience designing complex enterprise B2B software
Advanced Figma skills with components and libraries
Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to balance user, business, and technical needs
Experience in Agile cross-functional product teams
Bring enterprise UX, Figma, research, and prototyping expertise to Bentley Systems’ infrastructure software portfolio in Quebec.
