This temporary Educational Associate position provides school-based support services to students and teachers within the division. Duties vary with student needs and include curricular support, inclusion, life skills, and personal care. Work under teacher direction while supporting identified goals.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with classroom, playground, lunch, and recreational supervision
Support curricular outcomes identified in Inclusion and Intervention Plans
Reinforce social, personal, gross, and fine motor skills
Provide personal care and intensive student supports
Observe progress, maintain records, and attend team meetings
Requirements: Grade 12 diploma or recognized equivalent
Current and valid driver's license
Computer and word processing application proficiency
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
Ability to provide personal care and lift safely
