Represent Starlight Investments as a Property Leasing Consultant focused on resident service, rental applications, and property presentation. The role offers a hybrid work environment.
This six-month contract supports Starlight’s multi-residential portfolio and its goal of achieving high occupancy rates. You will present property features and benefits, inspect model units, maintain commission records, and respond to prospective residents. The work calls for sales experience, qualified telephone manners, discretion, and effective use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Periodic travel within Canada may be required.
Key Responsibilities: Present property features, benefits, and amenities
Inspect model units and market-ready vacant units
Maintain accurate commission records




Conduct follow-up calls with prospective residents
Complete paperwork for rental applications
Requirements: Two years of direct experience in sales
Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
Superior telephone manners and communication abilities
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
Use property presentation, resident service, and sales expertise to support Starlight Investments’ rental communities and occupancy performance.
