The position requires client engagement expertise, product knowledge, styling ability, and strong sales performance. You will guide client journeys from discovery through follow-up, supporting loyalty and incremental purchases.
Key Responsibilities: Build meaningful relationships with current and existing clients
Provide luxury service through product, fashion, and styling expertise
Meet individual and store sales and commercial KPIs




Follow up efficiently and deliver after-sales client services
Maintain product replenishment, inventory, markdowns, and stockroom standards
Requirements: Proven record delivering sales and exceeding targets
Previous experience in clienteling
Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
Strong product knowledge and retail operations understanding
