As a Shift Leader, you oversee operations when management is absent and help deliver personalized service, food, and beverages. You work with management to enforce service standards, address concerns, and maintain safe practices. The position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old and offers part-time evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Run center operations during management absences
Enforce exemplary guest service standards
Handle complaints and employee relations issues
Complete opening, closing, and deposit procedures
Monitor safety, inventory, equipment, and facility compliance
Requirements: At least 18 years of age
