As a full time Sales and Customer Service Associate, you will advise customers about personal insurance products and identify suitable coverage. You will answer product questions, analyze needs, promote or cross-sell services, and support account updates. The position starts January 29, 2027.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on personal insurance products and suitable coverage
Answer product questions and explain next steps
Analyze needs and promote or cross-sell insurance services
Process payment changes and update customer accounts accurately
Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues
Requirements: At least one year of customer service experience
Call centre experience preferred
Sales and customer loyalty experience is an asset
Ability to multitask across multiple systems calmly
Eligibility to work in Canada and licensing exam preparation
Build insurance expertise through sales, customer service, account support, and paid training at Intact Financial in Vancouver.
