This part time position provides route-based inventory support across designated customer sites. You will stock products, scan replenishment needs, resolve customer problems, and maintain accurate labels and quantities. The work also includes customer communication, technical issues, and collaboration with sales partners.
Key Responsibilities: Receive and stock products at designated customer locations
Scan depleted inventory and maintain appropriate stocking levels
Verify labels and quantities across customer inventory locations
Resolve customer problems promptly under Grainger policies
Meet defined performance indicators for the position
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
Three or more years in customer service or selling
Comfort using technology daily
Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Apply customer service, inventory management, and technology skills while supporting Grainger customers throughout the Prince Rupert area.
