The Assistant Manager, SCM Operations oversees daily warehouse and logistics activities within LG’s Supply Chain Management department. This full time, permanent position manages inventory, process improvement, customer service, and appointment coordination. The role supports integrated strategies that improve throughput, costs, fulfillment, and service levels across supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop warehouse space and logistics route optimization strategies
Oversee inventory control using WMS and logistics software
Streamline receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and delivery processes
Coordinate warehouse, logistics, sales, procurement,



and customer service stakeholders
Analyze KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field
Seven to ten years of supply chain management experience
At least three leadership years in warehouse planning and logistics
ERP, WMS, SAP, Oracle, advanced Excel, and analytics proficiency
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities
