Turn regional strategy into measurable action at BDC through strategic planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional implementation support.
As Senior Advisor, Strategy Implementation, you will work with Regional Directors, Managing Directors, and frontline leaders. You will support strategy execution, monitor business performance, and translate data into actionable insights. Your work will also strengthen reporting, communications, training, and operational coordination for Canadian entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities: Support corporate, national, regional, and sector strategy implementation
Monitor portfolio quality, client management, and prospect pipelines
Translate performance data into leadership recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional projects, deliverables,



and implementation activities
Promote best-practice sharing and continuous improvement
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
5–7+ years in strategy, operations, banking, or related areas
Project management and organizational skills
Analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft 365, and CLICS
Bring strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination skills to BDC’s regional strategy implementation work.
