As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage project initiation, planning, analysis, design, execution, implementation, and close-out. The work includes collaboration with senior management, stakeholders, IT resource managers, and business units. You will apply agile, scrum, and waterfall methodologies while managing budgets, risks, dependencies, timelines, and changes.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
Define tasks, resources, timelines, milestones, and project plans
Manage budgets, expenses, risks, dependencies, and change control




Guide project teams through coaching, support, and task assignment
Report progress and conduct post-implementation project reviews
Requirements: Five to seven years of progressive project management experience
Advanced expertise managing complex transformation or IT projects
Knowledge of agile, scrum, waterfall, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience leading teams, senior discussions, negotiations, and organizational change
Degree or diploma in Business, Technology, or related field
Bring IT project leadership, risk management, and stakeholder influence to complex initiatives supporting Empire Life business objectives.
