CBCL seeks an Intermediate to Senior Piping Designer for industrial mechanical projects. You will apply CAD modelling, technical judgment, and collaboration across design and construction teams. The work includes process piping, storage systems, tanks, compressed gas, boilers, utilities, and equipment layouts.
Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed industrial mechanical designs
Produce 2D and 3D CAD models and drawing packages
Coordinate project models with engineers and construction teams
Maintain drawing registers, title blocks,



and project files
Incorporate field verification, redlines, and as-built information
Requirements: Mechanical engineering technology diploma or equivalent experience
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Plant 3D
Intermediate to senior industrial piping experience
Ability to complete quantity take-offs
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Bring industrial piping design, Plant 3D modelling, and field coordination expertise to CBCL’s Fredericton-based mechanical engineering team.
