Chinook School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for a 15-student colony school. The work includes supporting children individually and in classrooms, with attention to speech, motor, language, social, and life skills. Teamwork and inclusion are central to the assignment.
Key Responsibilities: Meet children’s health and hygiene needs when required
Work one on one with students
Support students within classroom settings
Assist speech, motor, language, social, and life skills
Help develop and implement Individual Improvement Plans
Requirements: Educational Assistant certification or early childhood training is an asset
Experience working with children
Physical ability to work with active students
Strong interpersonal, relationship, and teamwork skills
Valid Driver’s License and commitment to inclusion
Bring classroom support, student assistance, and team-oriented relationship skills to Educational Assistant work with Chinook School Division.
