Monitor clinical trial IWRS and eDiary systems for Everest from Markham or remotely anywhere in Canada. Provide overnight support Sunday through Friday.
As a Clinical Trials IWRS Monitor, you will support CTT users, analyze issues, and maintain application quality throughout clinical research projects. The full time, permanent position requires detailed data review, system development, and professional telephone communication. You will collaborate with CTT Developers, Data Management, Statistical and Programming teams, sponsors, and study personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Support CTT users through telephone and email helpdesks
Analyze issues and coordinate problem resolution with internal teams
Monitor application data through daily and weekly checks




Coordinate database and application changes using change controls
Execute testing, demonstrations, training, and documentation activities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in health science or physical or biological fields
At least three years’ clinical trial data processing experience
Experience in clinical trial data management
Ability to work independently and review data carefully
Clear, professional, energetic telephone voice
Use clinical trial data management, testing, and support expertise to monitor Everest CTT applications overnight across Canada.
