Key Responsibilities: Receive role briefs and begin searches immediately
Research passive candidates across multiple functions
Interview candidates deeply using structured methods
Triage multiple searches by priority
Use AI sourcing tools to improve speed
Requirements: Four or more years of full-cycle agency recruiting
Genuinely solid Boolean sourcing and InMail strategy
Ability to assess candidates across different functions
Systems discipline with same-day ATS updates
Primarily in-office availability
