Ellos HR Solutions is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Designer for a manufacturing organization investing in robotic systems and lights-out manufacturing. You will design equipment that supports minimal human intervention. The work combines custom machinery, mechanical problem solving, and automation development.
Key Responsibilities: Design custom automated machinery and robotic cells
Create 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings
Develop robotic machine-tending solutions for manufacturing equipment
Design tooling, fixtures, conveyors, guarding, and handling systems
Participate in assembly, commissioning,



troubleshooting, and improvement
Requirements: Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
Approximately three to seven years designing automated equipment
Solid 3D CAD and mechanical drafting proficiency
Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar software
Knowledge of GD&T;, PDM, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing processes
Apply mechanical design expertise to robotics, custom machinery, and lights-out manufacturing equipment development in Cambridge.
