Lead night-shift candy production in Cambridge with hands-on supervision, food safety expertise, and a focus on quality and efficiency targets.
The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations and production schedules for cookie manufacturing. This permanent, full time onsite role coordinates labor, materials, and equipment while leading production teams. You will monitor performance, downtime, scrap, yields, documentation, and shift reports while supporting process improvements, product trials, and equipment start-ups.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee cookie production against scheduling, quality, and efficiency targets
Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted production
Lead, coach, onboard, and cross-train production employees
Enforce safety, GMP, HACCP,



and food safety standards
Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Three to five years supervisory experience in food manufacturing
Cookie manufacturing or baking experience is a strong asset
Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Comfort working on production floors and rotating shifts
