This Business Systems Analyst works with the business Product Owner as a liaison supporting technology delivery. The work includes process flows, functional specifications, Jira backlog updates, and backlog refinement sessions. Banking or financial domain experience is required, while SQL and Investor Services knowledge are beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Act as liaison between business and IT delivery teams
Write user stories and develop process flows
Prepare functional specifications and define system functionalities




Update Jira backlog and run refinement sessions
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Requirements: Experience working with a business Product Owner
Experience in the banking or financial domain
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Conflict resolution and documentation skills
