PACE.global seeks a Project Manager skilled in delivery governance and commitment assurance for versatile, remote-first client engagements. Keep plans, risks, and milestones moving.
As Project Manager, you will own delivery rhythm, commitments, risk visibility, and engagement records across multiple engagements. You will support Strategic Transformation Leads and Associates by managing cadence, follow-ups, meetings, and trackers. Your work helps PACE.global deliver fixed-fee commitments on promised dates. Experience in consulting, professional services, or transformation programs is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Establish integrated plans, calendars, governance meetings, and workshops
Run engagement cadences, meetings, and output capture
Assign ownership and keep client commitments on schedule




Surface risks, validate them, and maintain the register
Keep plans, logs, trackers, records, and folders current
Requirements: Five or more years of project management experience
Strong planning, organization, analytical, and writing skills
Assertiveness, integrity, tenacity, and resourcefulness
Experience with Microsoft 365, Wrike, and practical AI tools
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred
Bring disciplined governance, risk awareness, and precise follow-through to PACE.global’s project delivery operations.
