Lead OHS compliance and safety practices at FLINT, supporting employees and subcontractors across maintenance projects and remote sites. Frequent travel is required.
As HSE Lead, you will provide workplace, health, and safety expertise for FLINT’s energy and industrial services. The position supports a safety-focused culture and compliance with OHS and company standards. You will also guide HSE training and development.
Key Responsibilities: Promote HSE practices among employees and subcontractors
Provide technical support for HSE training and development
Manage WCB in partnership with Human Resources
Assist management with incident investigations and reporting
Ensure corrective actions are implemented after incidents
Requirements: CRSP certification and/or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate preferred
Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and audit tools
Experience with Alberta Partnerships COR
Relevant WHMIS, CSTS-09, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and CSO tickets
Ability to lead HSE Advisors and communicate proficiently in English
Bring OHS expertise, incident support, and HSE leadership to FLINT’s safety-sensitive maintenance projects and remote sites.
