As a Transportation Warranty Analyst, you will work with Safety, Shop, and Warehouse teams. The role focuses on warranty claims, transaction history, reconciliation, and weekly or monthly reporting. Knowledge of truck and trailer parts, repair processes, and commercial vehicle operations supports the work.
Key Responsibilities: Review completed truck repairs and determine warranty coverage
Submit manufacturer warranty claims and follow up
Track damaged supplier inventory for reimbursement or credit
Check repair orders against service history




Report claim status to the service manager daily
Requirements: One to two years of warranty experience preferred
Three plus years in transportation, logistics, or insurance advantageous
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of commercial vehicle operations and equipment types
