DRS Pivotal Power needs an Electrical Engineering Manager to supervise engineers and technicians supporting power conversion equipment. This hands-on technical supervisor manages design activities, assigns tasks, and guides teams toward technical, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Work spans analog and digital electronics, microprocessor design, complex interconnect systems, and power electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical engineers and technicians across multiple projects
Manage complete hardware design cycles through final verification
Coordinate budget, cost, schedule, and resource planning




Interface with manufacturing during product introduction and issue resolution
Mentor engineers and provide performance feedback to management
Requirements: Electrical or Hardware Engineering degree from a recognized university
Minimum seven years of relevant experience
Solid planning, execution, oral, and written communication skills
PCB design experience using Mentor Graphics is desired
Familiarity with JIRA and SCRUM or Sprint methodology
