As Project Controls Director, you will guide project leadership through integrated planning, forecasting, performance measurement, and executive reporting. You will establish common frameworks and data standards across clients, delivery partners, designers, contractors, and commercial teams. The work supports evidence-based decisions on complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead integrated project controls across the project leadership team
Govern baselines, data standards, reporting, and accountability structures
Facilitate planning, scheduling, milestones, and forecasting activities
Manage cost, risk, chance, change, and performance reporting




Develop dashboards, executive presentations, and scenario analyses
Requirements: Minimum 15 years of relevant project controls experience
Experience leading controls on complex capital infrastructure projects
Proficiency in planning, scheduling, cost, risk, and change management
Ability to influence stakeholders and resolve complex project conflicts
Proficiency with PMIS, data environments, visualization, and reporting software
