The Senior Manager, Data Governance leads the Investment Finance & Operations Data Governance Program implementation and roadmap. You will work with the Data Governance Committee, investment teams, operations teams, and Enterprise Data Governance. The position requires governance strategy, policy development, data quality management, and investment data knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the data governance framework for investment data
Define governance roles with senior leadership and stakeholders
Conduct data risk assessments and maturity planning
Catalog metadata, data lineage,



and investment data assets
Support governance for large-scale transformation initiatives
Requirements: Experience delivering data governance strategies and programs
Experience establishing data policies, standards, and guidelines
Knowledge of investment products, processes, and associated data
Consulting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience applying change management concepts and strategies
