Advise prospective clients from first conversation through to signed engagement, assessing their circumstances and explaining their options. The role combines legal judgment with a results-linked sales function and daily use of AI tools to research, follow up and manage a pipeline.## What you'll do* Advise prospective clients, assess their circumstances and explain their options.* **Own each client relationship** from first conversation through to signed retainer, coordinating with the team that handles the matter.* Carry a revenue target after a ramp period, with training and support provided.* **Use AI tools daily to research**, prepare, follow up and manage your pipeline.* Test internal tools in production and report gaps to engineering teams.* **Build playbooks and training** materials.## What we're looking for* Practising lawyer admitted in Canada, with one to three years since call to the bar; registered Canadian immigration consultants may also apply.* JD or LLB from a recognized law school.* Strong communication skills,
