This Assistant Supervisor Health and Safety role focuses on creating, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs. You will support regulatory compliance, conduct safety talks, and identify workplace hazards. The position also includes ordering, inventory, shipment checks, and accurate daily order completion.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor health and safety programs across both cafeterias
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety procedures
Conduct safety talks, inspections, and workplace safety audits
Encourage staff to follow safe work practices




Complete orders accurately and check incoming shipments
Requirements: Previous supervisory or team lead experience is an asset
Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and procedures
Ability to conduct safety talks, inspections, and audits
Strong organizational skills for ordering and inventory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
