Use AutoCAD and venue mapping to support Event Operations at Scotiabank Arena during Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors games.

This intern supports MLSE’s Event Ready operating framework with Venue Operations and operational stakeholders. You will document spaces, assets, workflows, and event configurations. Your work supports planning, onboarding, training, event-day execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain detailed AutoCAD operational event maps
- Document BOH areas, storage, staging, equipment, and assets
- Conduct venue walkthroughs to validate drawings and requirements
- Document Maple Leafs and Raptors configuration differences
- Maintain centralized venue drawings and operational documentation

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
- Strong proficiency independently creating detailed AutoCAD drawings
- Ability to interpret architectural and facility drawings
- Solid spatial awareness, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
