Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support a large financial institution on the CCR (Adaptiv) Replacement Project within Market Risk. The role focuses ~80% on OCM with ~20% on Business Analysis, developing and executing OCM plans, coordinating change initiatives, and delivering communications to stakeholders.

Experience in banking or financial services change programs is preferred.
