Enforce municipal bylaws and investigate complaints as a permanent, full-time Community Services Officer I with the City of Kamloops. Work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rotation while serving the community.

The City of Kamloops is seeking Community Services Officer I's for a dynamic role supporting a protected, livable community. You will educate the public, provide enforcement and security, address complaints, and perform duties safely, confidentially, professionally, and empathetically. This position involves enforcing various City of Kamloops regulatory bylaws.

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate the public about municipal bylaws and requirements

Requirements:

- Completion of senior secondary school or equivalent
- Justice Institute Level I and II Bylaw Enforcement Certificate
- Basic Word and Excel proficiency demonstrated through testing
- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
