Drive operating expense forecasting and headcount planning as a Financial Analyst on MediaKind’s FP&A; team, working remotely from Canada or the UK.

This Financial Analyst partners with functional leaders and budget owners across MediaKind. You will analyze financial performance, manage operating expense forecasts, and support planning and reporting. The work centers on turning financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support annual plans, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning
- Develop operating expense and headcount forecasts
- Prepare monthly budget versus actual analysis
- Track spending against approved budgets
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Two to five years of relevant experience
- Solid financial analysis and modeling skills
- Advanced Excel and enterprise planning system experience
- Understanding of P&L; and operating expense management
