Heavy equipment training expertise defines this full-time Technical Trainer role with Brandt in Regina, Saskatchewan, serving service technicians across North America.

Reporting to the Training Centre Manager, you will assess technician development needs and support Brandt’s C&F; dealerships. The work covers curriculum, evaluations, scheduling, delivery, OEM metrics, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations, warranty, corporate product groups, and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess development needs for Brandt C&F; service technicians
- Develop curriculum for heavy equipment repair and diagnosis
- Deliver classroom, hands-on, and online training programs
- Monitor OEM certifications, attendance, evaluations, and performance metrics




- Coordinate schedules, resources, feedback, and program improvements

Requirements:

- Journeyman certification in heavy duty equipment or equivalent trade
- Interprovincial Red Seal certification preferred
- Mechanical, analytical, technical, and instructional design knowledge
- Skilled communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel freely within North America
