Investigate outstanding rebates with Smart Energy in Waterloo, using reconciliation skills and Excel to recover funds from completed installations.

As a Rebate Recovery Officer, you will manage claims from investigation through resolution. The role requires rebate processing, claims management, accounts receivable or credit control experience. You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, installers and processing partners while maintaining accurate claim records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage outstanding, aged, stalled and disputed rebate claims
- Obtain missing documents and coordinate corrections or resubmissions
- Reconcile balances, payments and adjustments across systems
- Report claim ageing, recovery timelines and unresolved issues




- Recommend process improvements that reduce delays and errors

Requirements:

- At least two years’ relevant rebate, claims or financial operations experience
- Experience resolving outstanding claims, discrepancies or overdue balances
- Robust reconciliation skills with financial and operational data
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to work onsite at Waterloo, Sydney office
