Serve Enterprise customers in Winnipeg through face-to-face service, rental support, and incoming call assistance in a part time branch position.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will support internal and external customers at Enterprise Mobility’s Wellington Avenue location. Training and hands-on experience cover administrative support, rental needs, returns, and branch operations. The schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer reservations, rate quotes, and general customer questions
- Assess rental needs in person and over the phone
- Process returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services
- Perform billing,



accounts receivable, and administrative support tasks

Requirements:

- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or above; some college preferred
- Minimum one year customer service, sales, or administrative experience
- Valid Manitoba Class 5I or Class 5F driver’s license
- Availability for scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
