Lead facilities operations in Vancouver by managing Health & Safety, fire safety, building services, and workplace readiness for DNEG’s studio. Keep creative and technical work supported.

As Facilities Manager, you will work with local senior management and global sites to maintain a safe, effective facility. The position covers compliance, suppliers, space planning, front desk operations, travel, and team management. You will align local delivery with DNEG’s global approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Health & Safety, fire safety, risk assessments, and emergency procedures
- Manage inspections, permits, incident reporting, fire wardens, and first aiders
- Oversee building services, suppliers, contracts, audits, and facilities issues
- Coordinate space allocation, fit-outs, office moves, and workplace requests




- Manage Runners, front desk operations, visitors, deliveries, and business travel

Requirements:

- Office or facilities management experience, including building services
- Health & Safety strategy and implementation experience
- Knowledge of local building codes and BC legislation
- Experience negotiating contracts, suppliers, budgets, and forecasts
- Experience with space planning, fit-outs, floorplans, and building systems
