Manage full-cycle accounting for commercial properties at Warrington PCI Management, using financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting expertise daily. This position is based in the Lower Mainland.

The Property Accountant supports assigned retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and marine properties. You will serve as the first accounting contact while assisting Property Managers through accurate reports, forecasts, budgets, and recoveries. The company manages approximately 17 million square feet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare month-end statements, reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations
- Process management fee, rent roll, and tenant chargeback billings
- Prepare tax filings, remittances, cash flow, and distributions




- Review leases and update charges in Yardi Voyager
- Prepare year-end papers and liaise with auditors

Requirements:

- Related degree or diploma, preferably commerce or accounting
- Minimum two years of property management accounting experience
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and recoveries
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and organizational abilities
