The Field Operations Associate supports Grainger Canada customers in the branch and at customer sites. This hybrid position combines product selection, order entry, inventory replenishment, vending and Vendor Managed Inventory support. Success requires communication, organization, sales focus, and safe equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer experiences through product selection and order entry
- Pick products accurately and load customer vehicles safely
- Replenish vending units and Vendor Managed Inventory
- Scan customer inventory and maintain stocking levels
- Follow routes and resolve customer problems promptly

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- One or more years in retail, selling, or customer service
- Valid provincial driver's license required upon hire
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and forklifts safely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
