Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct labour and employment due diligence for corporate transactions
- Review employment and service agreements, covenants, and compensation plans
- Advise clients on policies, collective agreements, and employment matters
- Support share and asset acquisitions with Corporate colleagues




- Provide strategic advice to national and international clients

Requirements:

- Three to five years of Labour and Employment Law experience
- Membership in good standing with the Quebec Bar
- Robust analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual French and English communication and advisory abilities
