This Logistics Coordinator manages inbound and outbound logistics for Umicore’s Jewelry & Industrial Metals activities. The work combines return kit coordination, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier development. You will use ERP and procurement software while improving processes through data analysis, optimization, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage return kits, shipping documents, insurance, and customs issues
- Purchase supplies and services, issue orders, and track deliveries
- Monitor inventory and evaluate supplier quotations and proposals




- Improve logistics, procurement, and inventory processes through data analysis

Requirements:

- Three to five years of purchasing, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Experience with domestic and international shipments and customs requirements
- Experience using ERP systems and procurement software
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Three-year college diploma in business, purchasing, logistics, or related studies
