Key Responsibilities: Coach employees on sales techniques and customer service
Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and assign team tasks
Maintain courteous relationships within the community
Coordinate orders, inventory, audits, repairs, and paperwork
Coordinate staff efforts to achieve targeted results
Requirements: Minimum two years customer service experience
Minimum two years retail store management experience
Enthusiasm for learning and growth in pet care
Solid customer service skills and friendly personality
Weekend and evening availability with reliable transportation
