Rogers seeks a Senior Analyst skilled in digital product delivery and eCommerce optimization, working onsite in Toronto with Rogers.com and its mobile app.
Reporting to the Manager, Wireline eCommerce, this Senior Analyst supports digital experiences throughout the product lifecycle. The work combines requirements management, backlog prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and QA performance reporting. You will help improve customer acquisition and self-serve buyflows while supporting release quality and operational insights.
Key Responsibilities: Manage requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Prioritize backlogs around business priorities and customer impact
Identify buyflow friction and conversion improvement opportunities
Track defect trends,



testing progress, and release readiness
Coordinate design, engineering, QA, analytics, and delivery teams
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
Two or more years of relevant experience
Experience supporting web and mobile products through launch
Working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
Apply digital product, eCommerce, Agile, and QA reporting expertise to improve Rogers Wireline customer experiences.
