Key Responsibilities: Manage complex project initiatives with nominal oversight
Review solicitations, proposals, changes, and contract administration
Negotiate terms and conditions under corporate requirements




Analyze regulations and contractual risks for compliance
Maintain the primary contractual customer interface
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and seven years of relevant experience
Strong negotiation skills and legal terms knowledge
Bilingual French and English, orally and in writing
Business acumen and strong business writing skills
