This Warehouse Coordinator manages incoming customer orders and fulfills requests across departments. The work requires warehouse process knowledge, inventory management familiarity, RF scanner experience, and clear communication about freight delays. You will help ensure accurate, timely shipments while supporting smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prioritize and process customer orders under company guidelines
Ensure shipments are accurate and meet delivery schedules
Submit outbound shipments through customer online portals




Communicate freight delays and variances to stakeholders
Move stock for inspection, rework, and internal requirements
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of recent related supply chain experience
Knowledge of warehouse processes, procedures, and documentation
Experience using RF scanners and barcode systems
Working knowledge of JD Edwards and shipping software
