Key Responsibilities: Coordinate packaging files with the Packaging Validation Team
Verify medications using PacVision and manual checking
Confirm medication, patient, prescriber, delivery, and auxiliary details
Communicate with clients, patients, pharmacies, and long-term-care clients
Use Teams, Adherenet, telephone, text,



and email communications
Requirements: RPhT registration in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
One to three years of pharmacy technician experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency as volumes grow
Ability to follow Ontario pharmacy practice standards
