Heavy equipment training expertise defines this full time Technical Trainer role with Brandt in Regina, Saskatchewan, serving service technicians across North America.
Reporting to the Training Centre Manager, you will assess technician development needs and support Brandt’s C&F; dealerships. The work covers curriculum, evaluations, scheduling, delivery, OEM metrics, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations, warranty, corporate product groups, and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities: Assess development needs for Brandt C&F; service technicians
Develop curriculum for heavy equipment repair and diagnosis
Deliver classroom, hands-on, and online training programs
Monitor OEM certifications, attendance, evaluations, and performance metrics
Coordinate schedules,



resources, feedback, and program improvements
Requirements: Journeyman certification in heavy duty equipment or equivalent trade
Interprovincial Red Seal certification preferred
Mechanical, analytical, technical, and instructional design knowledge
Professional communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel freely within North America
