Advance clinical pharmacy practice at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert through patient-focused medication care and drug information services. This is a full time regular days position.
The Pharm D works in Pharmacy Clinical Outpatient, supporting Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions care within Prince Albert. Reporting to the Manager of Outpatient Pharmacy Practice, the pharmacist ensures medication-related needs are addressed and supports education for pharmacy professionals and learners. The position also advances practice, quality, and regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide patient-focused pharmacy services and medication-related care
Deliver drug information to prescribers, professionals, and patients
Support education and training for pharmacists and pharmacy learners




Lead practice advancement and medication-use improvement projects
Serve as a liaison with departments and external groups
Requirements: Master of Pharmacy degree
One year of hospital pharmacy experience
Membership with Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
Clinical knowledge supporting patient care through drug therapy
Ability to mentor learners and apply research clinically
Use clinical pharmacy expertise, critical thinking, and communication skills to strengthen outpatient medication care at Victoria Hospital.
