You will help execute event details, manage inventories, maintain par levels, and support exceptional dining experiences. The role requires food and beverage experience, cost-control knowledge, and availability during peak periods.

Manage inventories, par levels, requisitions, and supplies

Requirements: Three to five years of food and beverage experience
Supervisor or assistant manager experience, preferably in full-service hotels
Experience in banquets, catering, and meetings
Proven food and beverage cost-control track record
Ability to work wide-ranging shifts and peak business periods
Bring hands-on leadership, inventory management, and guest service expertise to Constantine’s distinctive food and beverage operation.
