High Tide’s Retail Store Manager directs daily operations and profitability while modeling exemplary customer conduct. You will maintain neat, correctly priced merchandise, ensure adequate stock, monitor staff performance, and coordinate ordering and receiving cannabis and accessories. The work also includes reports, invoices, expenditures, cash accountability, and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and model exemplary conduct for staff
Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed
Maintain accurate pricing and neat merchandise presentation
Verify invoices, track expenditures,



and prepare productivity reports
Increase sales, expand markets, and execute promotional activities
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail work experience
Minimum one year supervising in a retail environment
Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff
Skills monitoring and assessing staff performance
Effective planning, organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Support Canna Cabana operations with disciplined merchandising, staff leadership, sales development, and customer-focused troubleshooting skills.
