This experienced advisor supports industrial field operations through practical coaching, compliance verification, and hands-on safety support. The work includes inspections, hazard identification, contractor oversight, and guidance on applicable regulations. Approximately 10 years of safety experience is required.
Key Responsibilities: Participate in safety meetings and contractor toolbox talks
Conduct field inspections and verify critical control compliance
Identify hazards and support corrective actions
Coach workers when unsafe practices or gaps arise




Assist incident investigations and follow-up activities
Requirements: CRSP, CRST, CSO, safety education, or equivalent experience
Approximately 10 years in high-risk industrial environments
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Experience supporting contractors and field operations
Solid communication, organisation, and coaching skills
