This senior technical leadership role guides an entire agentic AI program across many concurrent workstreams. You will define technical vision, reference architecture, and evaluation standards while guiding large teams through complex delivery challenges. The work spans LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and ML platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee agentic AI workstreams from framing through production operation
Define architecture, technical strategy, and program-wide engineering standards
Establish evaluation frameworks for quality, safety, cost, and latency
Resolve dependencies and blockers across technical delivery streams




Advise executives and client leaders on high-stakes technical decisions
Requirements: 12+ years in data science and AI/ML
Enterprise experience moving AI systems from research to production
Hands-on LLM, RAG, orchestration, embeddings, and tool-calling experience
Solid Python, MLOps, software engineering, and system design skills
Experience leading large, multi-team technical programs
Bring principal-level data science leadership, agentic AI expertise, and enterprise delivery judgment to Robots and Pencils remotely across Canada.
